Program Fee
250,000 yen, which includes the following:
-dorm accommodation
-field trip admission
-workshops
-lectures
-5000 yen ICOCA transit card
Participants are responsible for the following:
-Meals
-international travel
-transportation to/from the airport
-travel/health insurance
-any other personal expenses
Application Process
1) Access the application form using the link below
2) Fill out and submit by Tuesday, March 25, 23:59 JST (We will be unable to accept applications submitted after this date and time)
3) Application Screening
4) Initial Confirmation of Participation by email:Friday, March 28
5) Payment Deadline*; Final Confirmation of Participation:Friday, April 11, 23:59 JST
6) Letter of Official Confirmation issued on Monday, April 14
*Payment must be made through Flywire, an online international payment system. Full payment must be received by Friday, April 11, 23:59 JST, or the application will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
Once program fees have been paid, cancellation requests must be received via email. The following conditions will apply to cancellations:
Cancellation by April 25: 50% refund (minus bank transfer fee)
Cancellation between April 26 and May 18: 20% refund
Cancellation on or after May 19: 0% refund
Applicants are responsible for any bank transfer fees associated with their refund.
